Glady’s Arab Spice Mix

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- If using whole spices, use a clean coffee grinder to grind and mix.
- Otherwise, combine ground spices.
- Put in a small jar with enough room to leave little air space.
- Store in dry dark place 1 year, or longer in the freezer.
- Makes a great gift to others who love Middle Eastern food.
