Glady’s Arab Spice Mix

Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons black pepper
• 1 Tablespoon coriander
• 1 tablespoon cloves
• 2 tablespoons cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. If using whole spices, use a clean coffee grinder to grind and mix.
2. Otherwise, combine ground spices.
3. Put in a small jar with enough room to leave little air space.
4. Store in dry dark place 1 year, or longer in the freezer.
5. Makes a great gift to others who love Middle Eastern food.
